Chaos Choreographer Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ten Talents Studio LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us"), for the Chaos Choreographer app at getchaoschoreographer.com. By using Chaos Choreographer, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use it

Chaos Choreographer is for parents, guardians and team parents of athletes. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children should not use the app themselves.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Plans, payments and renewal

• New accounts get a free first month. After that, a subscription costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, as shown before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If you don't cancel before your free month ends, your first payment is charged then.
• You can cancel anytime from your account in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: if something went wrong, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

4. Teams and team parents

• Team parents create teams and share a team code. Anyone with the code can join, so share it only with your team's families.
• If you import a roster, you confirm you have permission to share those families' contact details for team communication, and you'll remove anyone who asks.
• Updates and sign-ups you post are visible to the families on that team. Be kind, and don't post private information about other people's children.

5. Scanning schedules and receipts

When you choose to scan a picture of a schedule or receipt, it's read by our AI provider to fill in details for you. Check the results before relying on them; the app can misread a picture.

6. Your content

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it only to run the app for you and your team. You can delete it anytime.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to harass anyone, post unlawful content, share others' personal information without permission, or try to break, copy or resell the app.

8. Not affiliated

Chaos Choreographer is an independent app. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any gym, event producer or cheer governing body. Event times and details come from you and your team; always confirm with your gym or event.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or payments, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Virginia law, and any legal dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for important changes, notify you in the app.
