These terms apply when you play Cheer Gym Tycoon ("the game"), made by Ten Talents Studio LLC ("we," "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you are under 18, please review them with a parent or guardian.
1. Playing the game. The game is free to play. You may play it for your own personal, non-commercial fun. Please don't copy, sell, change or redistribute the game or its art, music or characters.
2. Virtual items. Coins, gems, boosts, athletes and other items in the game are for fun only. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for cash, and belong to your game on your device. If your saved game is lost, for example by deleting the app or clearing your browser, we can't restore it.
3. Purchases. Optional purchases in the app version are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules apply. Purchases are turned off in the free test version.
4. Test version. The free test version on itch.io is still being improved. Things may change, break or reset, and progress from the test version may not carry over to the app.
5. Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, for example in the tester questionnaire, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything. Thank you!
6. Ads and other services. The game may include ads or links to other services. We aren't responsible for content or services provided by others.
7. No guarantee. The game is provided "as is." We work hard to make it fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always work perfectly or without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the game.
8. Changes. We may update the game and these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
